  • 2 Onions

  • Thumb size Ginger

  • 3 Cloves of Garlic

  • Vegetable broth or veggie stock cubes

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 Scotch Bonnet

  • 3 Carrots Or 3 Apples

  • ½ Tsp Nutmeg

  • ½ Tbsp Curry powder

  • ¼ Turmeric powder(optional)

  • ½ Tsp Black pepper

  • Salt to taste

  • Garnish Vegan soured cream and pumpkin seeds

  • Serve with Garlic bread
