  • 1 large Chicken Breast

  • Bread (Any bread of your choice)

  • 3 large Mushrooms

  • 20g Shredded Lettuce

  • 1 Tomato or 1/8 of a red bell pepper.

  • A handful sliced Cucumber.

  • ½ Tbsp Hot Pepper Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp. Mayo

  • 1 Tbsp Salad Cream

  • 1 Tbsp Greek or Plain Yoghurt

  • ¼ Tsp Worcester Sauce (optional)

  • 1 Ripe Mango

  • Sweet chilli sauce

  • ½ Tbsp Parsley or any fresh Herb of your choice

  • 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper

  • A dash of Garlic powder

  • 1 Tbsp Oil (to fry the chicken breast & Mushrooms)

  • Salt to taste
