Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon slices (with skin on)

  • 1 Tbsp Honey

  • 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar(optional)

  • 4 Lemon Slices

  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

  • 1 Tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 Block Butter

  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic

  • 2 Tbsp Soy sauce

  • ½ Tsp Chilli flakes

  • 2-3 Tbsp Olive (or oil of your choice)

  • ½ Red Bell pepper

  • 1 large Spring Onion

  • 1/8 Black Pepper

  • 1 Cup Couscous

  • ½ Tsp Turmeric Powder

  • 1 ½ Cup Vegetable Stock or Vegetable stock cube

  • Salt to taste

  • A handful Fresh dill for garnishing

  •  Serve with Couscous or Rice
