  • 1-1.5 Litre Palm oil (Bleach it)

  • ½ Cup Bleached Palm Oil (For frying the stew)

  • ½ Tbsp Dried Thyme

  • 2 Stock Cubes

  • ½ Tbsp Salt to taste
