Ingredients

  • 2 Fresh Catfish (or Any protein of your choice)

  • 3 Uda

  • 3-5 Ehuru (calabash nutmeg)

  • 1 Tsp Uziza Seeds(optional)

  • Thumb size Ogiri(optional)

  • A Handful Uziza Leaves

  • ½ Small Size Onion

  • 1-5 Scotch Bonnets (or dried chilli powder)

  • ½ Handful Utazi leaves (optional)

  • 1 Tbsp Crayfish

  • 5-9 Chunk of Yam for thickening (you can also use Irish potato/oat/yam flour/ Achi)

  • 1 Tbsp Stock seasoning powder (or stock cubes)

  • Salt to taste
