Ingredients

  • 350g Chicken Breasts

  • 1 stick Butter

  • 1 large Onions

  • 1Tsp Garlic

  • 1Tsp Ginger

  • 2-3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

  • 1Tsp Garam masala

  • 1Tsp Cumin

  • 1Tsp Chilli powder

  • 1 Tsp Paprika

  • 200g Natural Yoghurt

  • 200ml Cream

  • 1Tsp Turmeric

  • 1Tsp Coriander

  • 2 Tbsp Tomato paste

  • ½ Tsp Chilli flakes (optional)

  • 1 Tsp Salt (or to taste)

  • 2 Tbsp Sugar(optional) I used a lot of Onions in place of Sugar

  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves
