  • 300g Cold Margarine or Butter

  • 2 TBSP caster sugar/granulated sugar

  • 1/8 teaspoon of salt

  • 2 large eggs

  • ½ to 1 Cup Cold Milk or Water

  • FOR THE FILLING

  • 500g of sausage meat

  • 1 TSP Sage (OPTIONAL)

  • 1 TBSP Smoked Paprika

  • ½ TSP onion powder

  • ½ TSP Garlic powder

  • 1/2 TSP White pepper

  •  1/8 Black Pepper

  • 1 egg for egg wash
